From your representation we have understood that your team consist of four persons. How do you divide your duties? Do you have enough time for everything needed?
Let me first introduce the Team
Myself, Duen Team leader and director (management) also support and finance.
Frank, my partner, responsible for maintain of the website, support, finance and advertisement.
John, Finance
Caroline, Support, administration and finance
The duties are very simple we back each other up, since support has more time she helps the others out also, as a matter of fact it is funny you ask or we have enough time for everything needed, lately we don't and are more time in the office than supposed to be, my partner Frank even works after, in his home on some things, (that explains the withdrawals after closing time!) We right now looking for a new person to join our group, but at this moment we on track.

Tell us please a little more about the start of your activity. When did you decide to let other people earn with the help of your experience?
We decided this, because we are from a country where the basic salary is only around the USD50, many people try to set up a charity to help out since we have many charities in our country, we decided to set up the investment program, since we have more experience in that. We have many plans for the future, like we want to add every month a new charity where the customer can make a donation, just we need more hands right now! The sources where we invest in already paid us from January, and only Thai residence are allowed to invest there with us between the whole world can invest there, only we do it for them.

Your site is a part of a network. Is this whole network related to investment sphere?
No, it is not, the other websites of the Network (located all on www.x-sonics.com) we already made before, all created by Frank, from Frank to me we created this Network, but each business is not related to www.net-investments.com.

Your interest rates are quite low in comparison to most programs here. Is it your drawback or advantage and why?
Well they look maybe low but that are the small plans of 3 weeks, etc. The small plans are more for to try, after 3 weeks you will receive your principal returned when the plan expires, We receive a little more, to make our own profit and to create more things for the future. I wish they paid us more but that are the rates we can give! What we do not earn our self we can not give to anyone else.

There are probably those features that, in your opinion, attract your potential investors. What are these features?
We think we a great referral program what most of the people do not understand, if you referral somebody you will receive 10% of HIS/HER income every day, so NOT if you referral somebody and he/she makes a deposit of USD100 that you will get paid a 1 time bonus of USD10, no no, you will receive 10% of what she makes a day for life! Other good thing is we have a MONTHLY referral contest for the investors with 5 prizes (highest USD80).

How do you manage the work of your support services? How can members contact you?
You can locate us by email, Phone number is still not available since we have a very small team that handles all the requests
Fax will be available in the near future, as we just settle in our new office, when that is done we will add photos of the office etc.

Is your company officially registered? Can members visit your office?
No it is not at this time, Thailand has very thight laws for to register a company with a foreigner as also an owner.
but we are working on it. Visits will be available after we have settled in the new office completely.

Please tell us how you protect your site and provide security of members’ accounts.
Frank, just removed some bugs in the script, and we backup every hour to an other server, the accounts are virtual what we have in our computer are the real accounts, when something is changed in one of the accounts we receive alerts, and check it out right after, we believe not one script or protection is impossible to hack, so we think a human can do the job a lot better. If the database is downloaded to the computers and there is a change alerts are there to check it out.

Are you planning to change anything in your offer or enhance it somehow?
No we just can't, we wish but we are not going to promise you gold when we have silver. Maybe 1 day a sign up bonus or some other things but i think with 10% of earnings from referrals daily is also a good income and you are also entered in a Monthly referral contest.
